Consortiums. 1. Students who are scheduled for classes in other high schools as part of a consortium program will continue to be counted for total staffing purposes at South Lake High School. 2. This agreement shall be binding upon the employer’s successor, assignees, or transferees. Whether such successor, assignment, or transfer be effected voluntarily or by the operation of the law; and in the event of the employer’s merger or consolidation with another employer, this agreement shall be binding upon the merged or consolidated employer.
