The Consortiums clause defines the rules and conditions under which multiple parties may collaborate as a group to participate in a contract or project. It typically outlines how consortium members are identified, how responsibilities and liabilities are shared among them, and the process for decision-making within the group. For example, it may specify that all consortium members are jointly and severally liable for the obligations under the agreement. Consortiums. If applicable, Subscriber agrees and represents that it has the agreement of all Consortium Members to enter into this Agreement and that each Consortium Member accepts and agrees to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, as if it had itself executed the same. Consortium Members and their Users are entitled to the rights, responsibilities, and privileges set forth for Subscriber under this Agreement. Subject to Britannica’s prior approval, Subscriber may increase the number of Consortium Members and related Usage Rights by providing prior written notice thereof and paying additional Fees, as determined by Britannica and set forth in an Order Form.
Consortiums. 2.1 The information listed in 1.1 to 1.8 above shall be provided by each partner of the Consortium.

Consortiums. 1. Students who are scheduled for classes in other high schools as part of a consortium program will continue to be counted for total staffing purposes at South Lake High School.
2. This agreement shall be binding upon the employer’s successor, assignees, or transferees. Whether such successor, assignment, or transfer be effected voluntarily or by the operation of the law; and in the event of the employer’s merger or consolidation with another employer, this agreement shall be binding upon the merged or consolidated employer.
Consortiums. 1. Regarding the development of consortiums, any resulting impact on South Lake teaching assignments will be handled according to the other provisions of this Agreement. Former Article XII Teacher Evaluation Evaluation of teachers will be conducted in conformance with all applicable state laws. The following provisions will also govern the evaluation of all teachers.
A. The building principal or designated administrator shall be responsible for evaluation of all teachers assigned to the building or program.
B. All monitoring or observation of the work of a teacher shall be conducted openly and with full knowledge of the teacher. The clandestine use of closed-circuit television, public address, or audio system, and similar surveillance devices shall be strictly prohibited.
C. All evaluators shall be oriented to the techniques and criteria to be used in the evaluation process.
D. The building principal or designated administrator shall provide the teacher with definite, positive assistance to improve the quality of teaching.
E. After the beginning of each school year, the building principal or designated administrator shall acquaint teachers under his/her supervision with the teacher evaluation procedures, standards, and instruments, and advise teachers as to who shall observe and evaluate their performance. No formal evaluation shall take place until such orientation has been completed. A teacher newly employed or a teacher reassigned after such orientation takes place shall be notified by his/her building principal or designated administrator of the evaluation procedures in effect.

Consortiums. Where you are contracting with us on behalf of a consortium (i.e. an association of two or more organisations who have agreed that you can represent them), you must ensure that each Consortium Member complies in full with this Agreement as if they were you. You warrant to us that you have the express written consent of each Consortium Member to enter into this Agreement on their behalf. You are responsible for ensuring each Consortium Member promptly pays the full amounts due from them under this Agreement.
