For purposes of calculating the Consolidated Unsecured Interest Coverage Ratio, Consolidated Unsecured Interest Expense shall be equal to the greater of (i) the actual Consolidated Interest Expense on unsecured Indebtedness, and (ii) interest expense that would be payable on unsecured Indebtedness assuming an interest rate of 6.25%.
