Common use of Consolidated Current Assets Clause in Contracts

Consolidated Current Assets. at any date, the total consolidated current assets of Borrower and its Subsidiaries at such date (excluding those assets associated with the ▇▇▇▇-to-market value of Hedging Agreements) determined in conformity with GAAP. Consolidated Current Liabilities: at any date, all liabilities of Borrower and its Subsidiaries at such date (excluding those liabilities associated with the ▇▇▇▇-to-market value of Hedging Agreements) which should, in conformity with GAAP, be classified as current liabilities on a consolidated balance sheet of Borrower, excluding current maturities of long term Indebtedness.
