Consolidated Adjusted Gross Revenue Bonus. A bonus based on one percent (1%) of the total Consolidated Adjusted Gross Revenue of the Company for each fiscal quarter beginning October 1, 1999 (the "Consolidated Adjusted Gross Revenue") with a maximum of $12,500 per fiscal quarter of bonuses pursuant to this section. Consolidated Adjusted Gross Revenue is defined as total revenue less sales taxes and the cost of third party products and services. The calculations regarding Consolidated Adjusted Gross Revenue shall be in conformance with general accepted accounting standards as specified by the AICPA.
