Consoles Sample Clauses

The "Consoles" clause defines the rights and responsibilities related to the use, provision, or maintenance of gaming or electronic consoles within the context of an agreement. It typically specifies which party is responsible for supplying the consoles, outlines any requirements for their condition or compatibility, and may address issues such as repairs, upgrades, or replacements. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of their obligations regarding consoles, thereby preventing disputes over equipment provision and maintenance.
