Consistent with Section 4 Sample Clauses
The "Consistent with Section 4" clause ensures that any actions, obligations, or interpretations referenced in the agreement must align with the provisions set out in Section 4. In practice, this means that if another section or clause refers to this phrase, it cannot contradict or override the requirements or limitations established in Section 4; for example, if Section 4 sets specific conditions for payment, any related terms elsewhere must adhere to those conditions. This clause's core function is to maintain internal consistency within the contract, preventing conflicts or ambiguities between different sections and thereby reducing the risk of disputes.
