Consistent Use Sample Clauses

The Consistent Use clause requires that a particular product, service, or process be used in the same manner throughout the duration of an agreement or project. In practice, this means that parties must not switch between different brands, methods, or standards once an initial choice has been made, unless otherwise agreed upon. This clause ensures uniformity and reliability, preventing confusion or disputes that could arise from inconsistent practices or substitutions.
