Common use of Consignment note Clause in Contracts

Consignment note. A transport document issued by the Carrier in accordance with the applicable legislation prior to the commencement of domestic transport, signed by the Customer, and by the Recipient upon receipt of the Consignment, that certifies the acceptance of the Consignment by the Carrier and the conclusion of the forwarding contract.
