Consequences For Failure To Provide An Adequate Or Timely Certification. If an employee provides an incomplete medical certification the employee will be given a reasonable opportunity to cure any such deficiency. However, if an employee fails to provide a medical certification within the time frame established by this policy, the City of Cathedral City may delay the taking of FMLA/CFRA leave until the required certification is provided.
