Common use of Consents of Accountants Clause in Contracts

Consents of Accountants. Acquiror and the Company will each use reasonable best efforts to cause to be delivered to each other consents from their respective independent registered public accounting firm, dated the date on which the Registration Statement shall become effective, in form reasonably satisfactory to the recipient and customary in scope and substance for consents delivered by independent registered public accounting firms in connection with registration statements on Form S-4 under the Securities Act.
