Consents, Licenses, Approvals, etc. The Buyer shall have received copies certified by the Seller and the Guarantor of all consents, licenses and approvals, if any, required in connection with the execution, delivery and performance by the Seller and the Guarantor of, and the validity and enforceability of, the Mortgage Loan Documents and Repurchase Documents, which consents, licenses and approvals shall be in full force and effect, including but not limited to, evidence of the following, to the extent applicable and required, Xxxxxx Xxx, Xxxxxxx Mac, Xxxxxx Xxx, VA and RHS approval as lender, evidence of FHA approval as Mortgagee and FHA, Xxxxxx Mae, Xxxxxxx Mac, Xxxxxx Xxx, RHS and VA approval as servicer of the Mortgage Loans, as well as approval by FHA, Xxxxxx Mae, Xxxxxxx Mac, Xxxxxx Xxx, RHS and VA of any Servicer of the Mortgage Loans;
