Common use of Consents for Certain Parties Clause in Contracts

All necessary consents, authorizations, approvals, permits or certificates (governmental and otherwise) which are required as a condition to the execution and delivery of the Subject Documents by the parties thereto (other than the Borrower) and to the consummation by such parties of the transactions contemplated thereby have been obtained; and
