Common use of Consent to Use of Name Clause in Contracts

Consent to Use of Name. Each Partner hereby consents to the use and inclusion of its name in the Partnership’s books and records hereto and any and all other notices or communications required or permitted to be given by the General Partner to any other Moelis Entity or any member(s) thereof.
