Consent to Use Data. If the Licensee purchases Support services, or the Licensor otherwise agrees to provide technical or other support for the Software, the Licensee agrees that the Licensor and its affiliates may collect and use technical information provided as a part of any such support services related to the Software. The Licensor agrees not to use this information in a form that personally identifies the Licensee.
