Common use of Consent to Process Personal Information and Privacy Policy Clause in Contracts

Consent to Process Personal Information and Privacy Policy. The Cardholder agrees and consents to the holding, collection and use of all personal data provided to Bank and/or acquired by Bank from the public domain, as well as personal data that arises as a result of the provision of services in connection with the Account(s) in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Bank as may be amended from time to time. The Cardholder further agrees and authorises the disclosure of name(s) and other contact details to companies within the Bank and/or the Hong Xxxxx Financial Group Berhad group of companies for marketing and for promotional purposes. The Cardholder understands that if the Cardholder wishes to opt-out from the sharing of their personal data within Bank and/or Hong Xxxxx Financial Group Berhad group of companies for marketing and promotional purposes, the Cardholder is required to call the Bank’s Call Centre at 00-00000000 to register their instruction to opt-out of the said sharing.
