Common use of Consent to Jurisdiction Clause in Contracts

Consent to Jurisdiction. To the extent that any court action is permitted consistent with or to enforce Section 8 of this Agreement, the parties hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the Superior Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Accordingly, with respect to any such court action, the Executive (a) submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts; (b) consents to service of process; and (c) waives any other requirement (whether imposed by statute, rule of court, or otherwise) with respect to personal jurisdiction or service of process.

Consent to Jurisdiction. Accordingly, with respect to any such court action, the Executive (a) submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts; , (b) consents to service of process; , and (c) waives any other requirement (whether imposed by statute, rule of court, court or otherwise) with respect to personal jurisdiction or and service of process.

Accordingly, with respect to any such court action, the Executive (a) submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts; (b) consents to service of process; and (c) waives any other requirement (whether imposed by statute, rule of court, or otherwise) with respect to personal jurisdiction or service of process.

Consent to Jurisdiction. To In the extent that event of any court action is permitted consistent with dispute regarding the terms or to enforce Section 8 interpretation of this Agreement, the parties hereby consent to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the Superior Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. To the extent that any court action is permitted consistent with or to enforce Section 8 10 of this Employment Agreement, the parties hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the Superior Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Accordingly, with respect to any such court action, the Executive (a) submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts; (b) consents to service of process; and (c) waives any other requirement (whether imposed by statute, rule of court, or otherwise) with respect to personal jurisdiction or service of process.

Consent to Jurisdiction. To the extent that any court action is permitted consistent with or to enforce Section 8 Paragraphs 6 or 7 of this Agreement, the parties hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the Superior Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Accordingly, with respect to any such court action, the Executive Vice President (ai) submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts; (bii) consents to service of process; and (ciii) waives any other requirement (whether imposed by statute, rule of court, or otherwise) with respect to personal jurisdiction or service of process.

Consent to Jurisdiction. To the extent that any court action is permitted consistent with or to enforce Section 8 of this Agreement, the parties hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the Superior Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Accordingly, with respect to any such court action, the Executive parties (a) submits submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts; (b) consents consent to service of process; and (c) waives waive any other requirement (whether imposed by statute, rule of court, or otherwise) with respect to personal jurisdiction or service of process.

To the extent that any court action is permitted consistent with or to enforce Section 8 Paragraph 13 of this Letter Agreement, the parties hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the Superior Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Accordingly, with respect to any such court action, the Executive you (ai) submits submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts; (bii) consents consent to service of process; and (ciii) waives waive any other requirement (whether imposed by statute, rule of court, or otherwise) with respect to personal jurisdiction or service of process.

Consent to Jurisdiction. To the extent that any court action is permitted consistent with or to enforce Section 8 9 of this Agreement, the parties hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the Superior Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Accordingly, with respect to any such court action, the Executive (a) submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts; (b) consents to service of process; and (c) waives any other requirement (whether imposed by statute, rule of court, or otherwise) or any objective he may have with respect to personal jurisdiction or service of process.

Consent to Jurisdiction. To the extent that any court action is permitted consistent with or to enforce the preceding Section 8 (“Arbitration of Disputes”) of this Agreement, the parties hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the Superior Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Accordingly, with respect to any such court action, the Executive (a) submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts; (b) consents to service of process; and (c) waives any other requirement (whether imposed by statute, rule of court, or otherwise) with respect to personal jurisdiction or service of process.

Consent to Jurisdiction. To the extent that any court action is permitted consistent with or to enforce Section 8 10 of this Agreement, the parties hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the Superior Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Accordingly, with respect to any such court action, the Executive parties hereto (a) submits submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts; (b) consents consent to service of process; and (c) waives waive any other requirement (whether imposed by statute, rule of court, or otherwise) with respect to personal jurisdiction or service of process.
