Common use of Consent Process Clause in Contracts

Consent Process. Borrower acknowledges that Administrative Agent’s and/or any Lender’s review of any changes and required consent may result in delays in construction and hereby consents to any such delays; provided that Administrative Agent and the Lenders, if applicable, comply with the processes set forth herein for disbursements of Loan proceeds.

Consent Process. Borrower and Administrative Agent each acknowledges and agrees that (i) Administrative Agent’s and/or any Lender’s review of any changes and required consent may result in delays in construction and hereby consents (ii) Administrative Agent shall use reasonable efforts to act in a timely fashion with respect to any such delays; provided that Administrative Agent review and with respect to the Lendersexercise of its approval (or disapproval, if applicable, comply with as the processes set forth herein for disbursements of Loan proceedscase may be) or consent rights hereunder.

Consent Process. Borrower acknowledges that Administrative Agent’s and/or any Lender’s review and if applicable, Requisite Lenders’ review, of any changes and required consent may result in delays in construction and hereby consents to any such delays; , but only delays for the time periods provided that for such reviews by Administrative Agent and the Lenders, if applicable, comply with the processes Requisite Lenders as set forth herein for disbursements of Loan proceedsin this Agreement.
