Common use of Consent of the Securities Insurer Clause in Contracts

Consent of the Securities Insurer. Whenever the consent or approval of the Securities Insurer is required under this Agreement, the Great Lakes Sub-Servicing Agreement and the PHEAA Sub-Servicing Agreement, such consent or approval shall be reasonably given, except for consents or approvals required under Article VIII hereof with respect to which the consent or approval of the Securities Insurer shall be given at the sole discretion of the Securities Insurer.
