Common use of Consent of Master Landlord Clause in Contracts

Consent of Master Landlord. The parties hereto acknowledge that the Master -------------------------- Lease requires that Sublessor obtain the consent of Master Landlord to any subletting of the Subleased Premises. Therefore Sublessor and Sublessee agree that this Sublease shall be terminated pursuant to Section 32 below unless, ---------- within thirty (30) days of the date hereof (the "Approval Period"), Master Landlord grants its express consent to the terms and conditions of this Sublease.
