Common use of Consent of Franchisor Clause in Contracts

Consent of Franchisor. Buyer shall have obtained from the Franchisor of the Hotel consent to the transaction contemplated herein and the assignment and assumption of the Hilton License Agreement on terms and conditions that are acceptable to Buyer in its sole discretion.

Buyer shall have obtained from the Franchisor of the Hotel consent to the transaction contemplated herein and herein, the assignment and assumption of the Hilton License Agreement and the release of Sellers from any obligations thereunder on terms and conditions that are acceptable to Buyer Seller in its their sole discretion.
