Common use of Consent Fees Clause in Contracts

Consent Fees. Borrower agrees to pay to Administrative Agent on the Sixth Amendment Effective Date for the account of each Lender that has returned an executed counterpart signature page to this Amendment (whether by physical delivery or electronic transmission) to Administrative Agent by or before 5:00 pm Central Time on March 24, 2015, a one-time consent fee in an amount of ten (10) basis points times the amount of such Lender’s then-effective Commitment.

Consent Fees. Borrower agrees to pay to Administrative Agent on the Sixth Seventh Amendment Effective Date for the account of each Lender that has returned an executed counterpart signature page to this Amendment (whether by physical delivery or electronic transmission) to Administrative Agent by or before 5:00 pm Central Time on March 24May 15, 20152015 (each, an “Approving Lender”), a one-time consent fee in an amount of ten thirty-five (1035) basis points times the amount of such Lender’s then-effective CommitmentCommitment as in effect immediately prior to giving effect to this Amendment.

Consent Fees. Borrower agrees to pay to Administrative Agent on the Sixth First Amendment Effective Date for the account of each Lender that has returned an executed counterpart signature page to this Amendment (whether by physical delivery or electronic transmission) to Administrative Agent by or before 5:00 pm Central Time on March 24May 23, 20152017, a one-time consent fee in an amount of ten five (105) basis points times the amount of such Lender’s then-effective Commitment.

Consent Fees. Borrower agrees to pay to Administrative Agent on the Sixth Second Amendment Effective Date for the account of each Lender that has returned an executed counterpart signature page to this Amendment (whether by physical delivery or electronic transmission) to Administrative Agent by or before 5:00 pm Central Time on March 24November 15, 20152018, a one-time consent fee in an amount of ten (10) basis points times the amount of such Lender’s then-effective Commitment.
