Agent Fees. Borrowers shall pay to Agent, for the account of Agent, as and when due and payable under the terms of the Fee Letter, the fees set forth in the Fee Letter.
Agent Fees. In consideration of Agent’s syndication of the Commitments and service as Agent hereunder, Borrower shall pay to Agent, for its own account, the fees described in the Fee Letter.
Agent Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent, for its own account, fees payable in the amounts and at the times separately agreed upon between the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.
Agent Fees. The Borrower has agreed to pay to the Agents such fees (the “Agent Fees”), in the amounts and on the dates, as are set forth in the Agent Fee Letters.
Agent Fees. The Company has not incurred any liability for any finder’s or brokerage fees or agent’s commissions in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
Agent Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent, for the Administrative Agent’s individual account, an annual Administrative Agent’s fee to be payable in advance and annually thereafter on the anniversary of the Closing Date such amounts as agreed to by the Administrative Agent and the Borrower in writing.
Agent Fees. The Borrowers shall pay to the Agents and the Commitment Parties such fees as shall have been separately agreed upon in writing in the amounts and at the times so specified. Such fees shall be fully earned when paid and shall not be refundable for any reason whatsoever (except as expressly agreed between the Borrowers and the applicable Agent or Commitment Party).
Agent Fees. The Borrower shall pay to each of the Agent and the Arranger the fees agreed to between the Agent, the Arranger and the Borrower pursuant to the Fee Letter, and any other fees from time to time agreed to by the Borrower and the Agent.
Agent Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent for its own account the fees payable in the amounts and at the times agreed pursuant to the Administrative Agency Fee Letter or otherwise in writing between the Borrower and the Agent. Once due, all fees shall be fully earned and shall not be refundable under any circumstances (except to the extent set forth in the Administrative Agency Fee Letter). Acquiom Agency Services LLC (and any successor acting as Agent) and its Affiliates may accept fees and other consideration from the Borrower or any Affiliate of the Borrower for services in connection with this Agreement or otherwise without having to account for the same to the Lenders.
Agent Fees. On or prior to the Closing Date, the Trust Depositor shall have paid the Agent the upfront fees separately agreed to by them.
