Connection Guarantee Sample Clauses
A Connection Guarantee clause ensures that a specified level of connectivity or network access will be maintained throughout the duration of an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines minimum uptime percentages, response times for outages, and remedies or compensation if the guaranteed connection is not provided. Its core practical function is to provide assurance to the receiving party that essential network services will remain reliable, thereby minimizing disruptions and allocating responsibility for service failures.
Connection Guarantee. OptiComm will deliver a CSG Service within the following timeframes based on availability of telecommunication infrastructure:
(a) where an In Place Connection exists, the Service will be made available to the Customer by the end of second Business Day from OptiComm's acceptance of the applicable Service Order;
(b) where infrastructure is In Close Proximity, the Service will be made available to the Customer within five Business Days from OptiComm's acceptance of the applicable Service Order or as otherwise agreed; and
(c) where infrastructure is Not Readily Accessible, the Service will be made available to the Customer by a date which is mutually agreed between OptiComm and the Customer.

(c) where infrastructure is Not Readily Accessible, the Service will be made available to the Customer by a date which is mutually agreed between OptiComm and the Customer.

(a) where an In Place Connection exists, the Service will be made available to the Customer by the end of second Business Day from Commsco's acceptance of the applicable Service Order;
(b) where infrastructure is In Close Proximity, the Service will be made available to the Customer within five - ten Business Days from Commsco's acceptance of the applicable Service Order by or as otherwise agreed; and
(c) where infrastructure is Not Readily Accessible, the Service will be made available to the Customer by a date which is mutually agreed between Commsco and the Customer.
