Connected-Load Charges for Power. ‌ The connected-load charges for power resulting from the excess capacity provided pursuant to subdivision (c) of this article shall be paid entirely by the District and such costs shall not be included in the minimum operation, maintenance, power, and replacement component or the variable operation, maintenance, power, and replacement component of the Transportation Charge to be allocated among contractors: Provided, That such costs shall be paid by the District at the same times and under the same procedures as the minimum operation, maintenance, power, and replacement component as provided in Article 29.
