Conformity with State Statutes. All procedures of bargaining shall be conducted according to the rules established by the Public Employees Relations Commission. Bargaining shall be conducted in accordance with Florida State Statute, Chapter 447, and in a manner that guarantees the implementation of Article I, Section 6 of the Florida Constitution as provided for in Florida Statute.
