Common use of Conflicts of Interpretation Clause in Contracts

Conflicts of Interpretation. If the terms or conditions of any applicable Attachment conflict with this Purchase Order, the terms and conditions of such Attachment shall control except where such provision would result in a breach or violation of this Purchase Order. Attachment A: Service Terms (Applicable to all Suppliers providing Services) If the Purchase Order is issued to a Supplier that is providing Services, Supplier agrees it will comply with the terms and conditions included in this Attachment A.
