Common use of Conflicts of Interest Clause in Contracts

Conflicts of Interest. 10.1 The Supplier shall take appropriate steps to ensure that neither the Supplier nor Supplier’s Staff are placed in a position where (in the reasonable opinion of the Authority) there is or may be an actual conflict, or a potential conflict, between the pecuniary or personal interests of the Supplier or the Supplier’s Staff and the duties owed to the Authority and Other Contracting Bodies under the provisions of this Framework Agreement or any Call-Off Contract.

The Supplier shall notify the Council and Agent if such a conflict arises.

The Supplier will disclose to the Council full particulars of any Call-Off Contractsuch conflict of interest which may arise.

The Supplier will disclose to the Authority full particulars of any Call-Off Contractsuch conflict of interest which may arise.

The Supplier shall take appropriate steps to ensure that neither the Supplier nor Supplier’s any Staff are is placed in a position where (where, in the reasonable opinion of the Authority) Trust, there is or may be an actual conflict, or a potential conflict, between the pecuniary or personal interests of the Supplier or the Supplier’s Staff and the duties owed to the Authority and Other Contracting Bodies Trust under the provisions of this Framework Agreement or Agreement. The Supplier will disclose to the Trust full particulars of any Call-Off Contractsuch conflict of interest which may arise.

Conflicts of Interest. 10.1 11.1 The Supplier shall take appropriate steps to ensure that neither the Supplier nor Supplier’s any Supplier Staff are placed in a position where (in the reasonable opinion of the Authority) there is or may be an actual conflict, or a potential conflict, between the pecuniary or personal interests of the Supplier or the Supplier’s Supplier Staff and the duties owed to the Authority and Other Contracting Bodies under the provisions of this Framework Agreement or any Call-Off ContractAgreement.

Conflicts of Interest. 10.1 36.1 The Supplier shall take appropriate steps to ensure that neither the Supplier nor Supplier’s Staff the Supplier Personnel are placed in a position where (in the reasonable opinion of the Authority) there is or may be an actual conflict, or a potential conflict, between the pecuniary or personal interests of the Supplier or the Supplier’s Staff Supplier Personnel and the duties owed to the Authority and Other Contracting Bodies Authorities under the provisions of this Framework Agreement or any Call-Call Off ContractAgreement.

Conflicts of Interest. 10.1 28.1 The Supplier shall take appropriate steps to ensure that neither the Supplier nor Supplier’s Staff any of its staff are placed in a position where (where, in the reasonable opinion of the Authority) Client, there is or may be an actual conflict, or a potential conflict, between the pecuniary or personal interests of the Supplier or the Supplier’s Staff and the duties owed to the Authority and Other Contracting Bodies Client under the provisions of this Framework Agreement or the Agreement. The Supplier will disclose to the Client full particulars of any Call-Off Contractsuch conflict of interest which may arise.

The Supplier shall take appropriate steps to ensure that neither the Supplier nor Supplier’s Staff any staff are placed in a position where (in the reasonable opinion of the AuthorityCouncil and/or Agent) there is or may be an actual conflict, or a potential conflict, between the pecuniary or personal interests of the Supplier or the Supplier’s Staff staff and the duties owed to the Authority and Other Contracting Bodies Council and/or Agent under the provisions of this Framework Agreement or any Call-Off ContractAgreement. The Supplier shall notify the Council and Agent if such a conflict arises.

Conflicts of Interest. 10.1 6.1 The Supplier shall take appropriate steps to ensure that neither the Supplier nor Supplier’s any Staff are is placed in a position where (where, in the reasonable opinion of the Authority) Council, there is or may be an actual conflict, or a potential conflict, between the pecuniary or personal interests of the Supplier or the Supplier’s Staff and the duties owed to the Authority and Other Contracting Bodies Council under the provisions of this Framework Agreement or the Agreement. The Supplier will disclose to the Council full particulars of any Call-Off Contractsuch conflict of interest which may arise.
