Conflicting Forms. Any term of any document, including but not limited to a purchase order or acceptance, sent to either Party by the other in connection with either's performance under this Agreement, shall, only to the extent inconsistent herewith, or to the extent that it purports to impose requirements on a Party beyond or different from those imposed by this Agreement, be null, void and of no effect.
Conflicting Forms. Should the terms of any document (including, without limitation, a quotation, work order, purchase order or invoice) issued by Customer conflict with the terms contained in this Agreement or add any new terms to this Agreement, such new or different terms shall be of no force or effect and this Agreement shall prevail unless the new terms are expressly accepted in writing by R&H.
