Confirming your booking. Your booking becomes confirmed, on the basis of these terms and conditions, upon receipt of payment by the University. The Booking Confirmation will state the accommodation, meals and other facilities you have booked. The Client agrees to pay all charges for accommodation, meals and other facilities set out in the Booking Confirmation, unless these are changed or cancelled under the terms outlined below.
