Confirmation Order and Plan Control. Except as otherwise provided in this Plan, in the event of any inconsistency between this Plan and the Disclosure Statement, any exhibit to this Plan or any other instrument or document created or executed pursuant to this Plan, this Plan shall control. In the event of any inconsistency between the Plan and the Confirmation Order, the Confirmation Order shall control.

Confirmation Order and Plan Control. To the extent the Plan is inconsistent with the Disclosure Statement or any other agreement entered into between the Debtors and any party, the Plan controls the Disclosure Statement and any other such agreements. To the extent that the Plan is inconsistent with the Confirmation Order, the Confirmation Order (and any other orders of the Bankruptcy Court) control the Plan.
