Examples of Redemption Orders in a sentence

  • The Issuer may change or vary the procedures for the submission of Redemption Orders on five calendar days’ prior notice to the ETP Securityholders in accordance with Condition 17 and these Conditions shall be interpreted accordingly.

  • Redemption Notices means, collectively, the Event of Default Redemption Notices and the Company Optional Redemption Notices, and each of the foregoing, individually, a “Redemption Notice.”

  • Confirmation Order means the order of the Bankruptcy Court confirming the Plan pursuant to section 1129 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Redemption Application means an application by a Participating Dealer for the redemption of Units in Application Unit size (or whole multiples thereof) in accordance with the Operating Guidelines and the Trust Deed.
