Common use of Confirmation of Action Clause in Contracts

Confirmation of Action. (a) Any action taken under Section 27.1 shall promptly be confirmed by the Ministry to Project Co and, for greater certainty, shall not relieve Project Co of any of its obligations under this Project Agreement.
