Common use of Confirmation by the Bank Clause in Contracts

Confirmation by the Bank. The Bank shall deliver to the Borrower the amortisation table referred to in Article 5.1.2, if any, showing in accordance with the provisions of this Contract the Disbursement Date, the currency, the amount disbursed, the repayment terms and the interest rate for the Tranche C, not later than 10 (ten) calendar days after the Disbursement Date for such Tranche.

Confirmation by the Bank. The Bank shall deliver to the Borrower the amortisation table referred to in Article 5.1.24.1, if any, showing in accordance with the provisions of this Contract the Disbursement Date, the currency, the amount disbursed, the repayment terms and (other than in respect of a RFR Floating Rate Tranche) the interest rate for the Tranche Ceach Tranche, not later than 10 (ten) calendar days after the Scheduled Disbursement Date for such Tranche.
