Common use of Confidentiality of this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Confidentiality of this Agreement. Except as otherwise provided in this Section 10, each party agrees not to disclose to any Third Party the terms of this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party hereto, except that each party may disclose the terms of this Agreement that are otherwise made public prior to the date of such disclosure or to the extent such disclosure is permitted under Section 10.3.

Confidentiality of this Agreement. Except as otherwise provided in this Section 109, each party agrees not to disclose to any Third Party the terms of this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party hereto, except that each party may disclose the terms of this Agreement that are otherwise made public prior to the date of such disclosure or to the extent such disclosure is permitted under Section 10.39.3.

Except as otherwise provided in this Section 10, Article 12 each party Party agrees not to disclose to any Third Party the terms of this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party Party hereto, except that each party Party may disclose the terms of this Agreement that are otherwise made public prior to the date of such disclosure as contemplated by Section 12.5 or to the extent such disclosure is permitted under Section 10.312.3.
