CONFIDENTIALITY OF THE DATA. 12.1. In case of any personal data transfer between the Parties within the scope of this Agreement, the parties agree and undertake that they are obliged to comply with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, the applicable legislation and general principles, as well as the decisions of the Personal Data Protection Board, and the regulations and guidelines of the Personal Data Protection Authority.
