Common use of Confidentiality of Listing Information Clause in Contracts

Confidentiality of Listing Information. Frontier shall accord Onvoy Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Frontier accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Frontier elect to do so, it may use or license Onvoy Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Frontier uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as Onvoy Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that Onvoy may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes and Frontier shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does for its own Customers. Frontier shall not be obligated to compensate Onvoy for Frontier's use or licensing of Onvoy Listing Information.

Frontier shall not be obligated to compensate Onvoy ADSC for Frontier's use or licensing of Onvoy ADSC Listing Information.

Frontier shall not be obligated to compensate Onvoy PBX for Frontier's use or licensing of Onvoy PBX Listing Information.

Frontier shall not be obligated to compensate Onvoy Futiva for Frontier's use or licensing of Onvoy Futiva Listing Information.

Frontier shall not be obligated to compensate Onvoy CLC for Frontier's use or licensing of Onvoy CLC Listing Information.

Frontier shall not be obligated to compensate Onvoy Ednetics for Frontier's use or licensing of Onvoy Ednetics Listing Information.

Frontier shall not be obligated to compensate Onvoy INdigital for Frontier's use or licensing of Onvoy INdigital Listing Information.

Frontier shall not be obligated to compensate Onvoy QCC for Frontier's use or licensing of Onvoy QCC Listing Information.

Frontier shall accord Onvoy Xxxx Tell Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Frontier accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Frontier elect to do so, it may use or license Onvoy Xxxx Tell Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Frontier uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as Onvoy Xxxx Tell Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that Onvoy Xxxx Tell may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes and Frontier shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does for its own Customers. Frontier shall not be obligated to compensate Onvoy Xxxx Tell for Frontier's use or licensing of Onvoy Xxxx Tell Listing Information.

Frontier shall accord Onvoy Spectrotel Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Frontier accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Frontier elect to do so, it may use or license Onvoy Spectrotel Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Frontier uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as Onvoy Spectrotel Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that Onvoy Spectrotel may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes and Frontier shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does for its own Customers. Frontier shall not be obligated to compensate Onvoy Spectrotel for Frontier's use or licensing of Onvoy Spectrotel Listing Information.

Frontier shall accord Onvoy WVN Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Frontier accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Frontier elect to do so, it may use or license Onvoy WVN Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Frontier uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as Onvoy WVN Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that Onvoy WVN may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes and Frontier shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does for its own Customers. Frontier shall not be obligated to compensate Onvoy WVN for Frontier's use or licensing of Onvoy WVN Listing Information.
