Common use of Confidentiality of Listing Information Clause in Contracts

Confidentiality of Listing Information. Verizon shall accord Rhythms Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license Rhythms Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as Rhythms Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that Rhythms may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes, and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Rhythms for Verizon’s use or licensing of Rhythms Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Rhythms FTCS for Verizon’s use or licensing of Rhythms FTCS Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Rhythms Ygnition for Verizon’s 's use or licensing of Rhythms Ygnition Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Rhythms Synopsis for Verizon’s use or licensing of Rhythms Synopsis Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Rhythms Synergem for Verizon’s 's use or licensing of Rhythms Synergem Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Rhythms Equal Access for Verizon’s use or licensing of Rhythms Equal Access Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Rhythms TQCI for Verizon’s 's use or licensing of Rhythms TQCI Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Rhythms First Comm for Verizon’s 's use or licensing of Rhythms First Comm Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Rhythms DSLnet for Verizon’s 's use or licensing of Rhythms DSLnet Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord Rhythms GNAPS Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license Rhythms GNAPS Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as Rhythms GNAPS Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that Rhythms GNAPS may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes, and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Rhythms GNAPS for Verizon’s use or licensing of Rhythms GNAPS Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord Rhythms dishNet Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license Rhythms dishNet Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as Rhythms dishNet Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that Rhythms dishNet may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes, purposes and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Rhythms dishNet for Verizon’s 's use or licensing of Rhythms dishNet Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord Rhythms A-Tech Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license Rhythms A- Tech Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as Rhythms A-Tech Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that Rhythms A-Tech may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes, and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Rhythms A-Tech for Verizon’s use or licensing of Rhythms A-Tech Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord Rhythms BitWise Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license Rhythms BitWise Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as Rhythms BitWise Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that Rhythms BitWise may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes, and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Rhythms BitWise for Verizon’s use or licensing of Rhythms BitWise Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord Rhythms Threshold Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license Rhythms Threshold Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as Rhythms Threshold Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that Rhythms Threshold may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes, purposes and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Rhythms Threshold for Verizon’s 's use or licensing of Rhythms Threshold Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord Rhythms Xxxx Telecom Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license Rhythms Xxxx Telecom Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as Rhythms Xxxx Telecom Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that Rhythms Xxxx Telecom may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes, and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Rhythms Xxxx Telecom for Verizon’s use or licensing of Rhythms Xxxx Telecom Listing Information.
