Common use of Confidentiality of Listing Information Clause in Contracts

Confidentiality of Listing Information. Verizon shall accord CBB Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license CBB Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as CBB Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that CBB may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB for Verizon's use or licensing of CBB Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB Reconex for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of CBB Reconex Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB Easton for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of CBB Easton Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB Covista for Verizon's use or licensing of CBB Covista Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB CSTC for Verizon's use or licensing of CBB CSTC Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB Budget Phone for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of CBB Budget Phone Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB Ymax for Verizon's use or licensing of CBB Ymax Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB MMG for Verizon's use or licensing of CBB MMG Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB CTT for Verizon's use or licensing of CBB CTT Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord CBB Wide Voice Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license CBB Wide Voice Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as CBB Wide Voice Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that CBB Wide Voice may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB Wide Voice for Verizon's use or licensing of CBB Wide Voice Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord CBB Connectel Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license CBB Connectel Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as CBB Connectel Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that CBB Connectel may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB Connectel for Verizon's use or licensing of CBB Connectel Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB KDL for Verizon's use or licensing of CBB KDL Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB Cost Plus for Verizon's use or licensing of CBB Cost Plus Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB Intrado for Verizon's use or licensing of CBB Intrado Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB PCS for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of CBB PCS Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB Northstar for Verizon's use or licensing of CBB Northstar Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB NUI for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of CBB NUI Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB PW for Verizon's use or licensing of CBB PW Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB IG2 for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of CBB IG2 Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB Premiere for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of CBB Premiere Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB MHT for Verizon's use or licensing of CBB MHT Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB VNCI for Verizon's use or licensing of CBB VNCI Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB NL for Verizon's use or licensing of CBB NL Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB ATI for Verizon's use or licensing of CBB ATI Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB Xxxxxxxx for Verizon's use or licensing of CBB Xxxxxxxx Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB Norcom for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of CBB Norcom Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB Hypercube for Verizon's use or licensing of CBB Hypercube Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord CBB SBCT Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license CBB SBCT Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as CBB SBCT Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that CBB SBCT may identify those of its Customers who request that their whose names are not to be sold used for direct marketing purposes purposes, and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB SBCT for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of CBB SBCT Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB Citrix for Verizon's use or licensing of CBB Citrix Listing Information.

Confidentiality of Listing Information. ‌‌‌‌ Verizon shall accord CBB MVX Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license CBB MVX Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as CBB MVX Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that CBB MVX may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes purposes, and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB MVX for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of CBB MVX Listing Information.

Confidentiality of Listing Information. Verizon shall accord CBB Quality Tel Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license CBB Quality Tel Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as CBB Quality Tel Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that CBB Quality Tel may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes purposes, and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB Quality Tel for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of CBB Quality Tel Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord CBB New Access Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license CBB New Access Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as CBB New Access Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that CBB New Access may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes purposes, and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB New Access for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of CBB New Access Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB GCTC for Verizon's use or licensing of CBB GCTC Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB DSCI for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of CBB DSCI Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB NUI for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of CBB NUI Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB Navtel for Verizon's use or licensing of CBB Navtel Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord CBB NTE Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license CBB NTE Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as CBB NTE Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that CBB NTE may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes purposes, and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB NTE for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of CBB NTE Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord CBB Ciera Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license CBB Ciera Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as CBB Ciera Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that CBB Ciera may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes purposes, and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB Ciera for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of CBB Ciera Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord CBB Winco Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license CBB Winco Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as CBB Winco Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that CBB Winco may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes purposes, and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB Winco for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of CBB Winco Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord CBB Hello Depot Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license CBB Hello Depot Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as CBB Hello Depot Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that CBB Hello Depot may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB Hello Depot for Verizon's use or licensing of CBB Hello Depot Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord CBB RACC Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license CBB RACC Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as CBB RACC Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that CBB RACC may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes purposes, and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB RACC for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of CBB RACC Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord CBB Direct2Internet Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license CBB Direct2Internet Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as CBB Direct2Internet Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that CBB Direct2Internet may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes purposes, and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB Direct2Internet for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of CBB Direct2Internet Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB LNS for Verizon's use or licensing of CBB LNS Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord CBB Teleconex Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license CBB Teleconex Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as CBB Teleconex Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that CBB Teleconex may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes purposes, and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB Teleconex for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of CBB Teleconex Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB NOW for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of CBB NOW Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate CBB CCA for Verizon's use or licensing of CBB CCA Listing Information.
