Confidentiality; Authorized User Data. If a Recipient is required by any government authority or by applicable law to disclose any Confidential Information, then such Recipient shall give sufficient notice (to the extent permitted by law) of the requirement to the Discloser to enable the Discloser to seek appropriate relief from all or part of such requirement.
