Confidentiality and Personal Data. 3.1 The Parties shall, even after the termination or expiration of the Contract, keep confidential the trade secrets and any other confidential information obtained from the other Party in connection with or related to the Commission. The obligation for confidentiality shall end ten (10) years after the termination or expiration of the Contract, unless a shorter time is agreed upon in the Contract.
