Common use of Confidentiality Agreement Clause in Contracts

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. As an employee of a member of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the CompanyYou previously entered into an At-Will Employment, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information Confidential Information, Invention Assignment, and Inventions Agreement and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company Old Enliven which is incorporated by reference (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply). The Confidentiality Agreement will remain in full force and effect.

To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information Invention, Non-Competition and Inventions Agreement and the Company’s Arbitration Non-Disclosure Agreement you previously signed with the Company (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment and Inventions Agreement and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement entered into between you previously signed with and the Company (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee you agree to enter into a Proprietary Information and Inventions Assignment Agreement and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply).

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of a member of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s You previously entered into an Employee Inventions and Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company Old Xxxx which is incorporated by reference (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply). To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment and Inventions Agreement and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement dated March 1, 2021 entered into between you previously signed with and the Company (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement letter confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Confidential Information and Inventions Assignment Agreement and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement other compliance agreements that you previously signed with executed when you joined the Company (collectively, the “Confidentiality AgreementAgreements”) still apply).

To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information Amended and Inventions Agreement Restated Founder Non-Disclosure, Non-Competition and the Company’s Arbitration Assignment of Intellectual Property Agreement you previously signed with the Company (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Confidential Information and Inventions Invention Assignment Agreement November 17, 2017 entered into between you and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement between you and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company dated March 11, 2010, as may be amended or amended and restated from time to time (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information Confidential Information, Invention Assignment and Inventions Agreement and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.). ​

As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that you agree to sign and comply with the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information Confidentiality, Inventions and Inventions Non-Interference Agreement and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply). Please note that we must receive your signed Confidentiality Agreement before your first day of employment.

Confidentiality Agreement. Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Confidential Information and Inventions Invention Assignment Agreement dated August 20, 2020 entered into between you and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Confidential Information and Inventions Invention Assignment Agreement dated August 6, 2019 entered into between you and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment and Inventions Agreement and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement dated September 16, 2021 entered into between you previously signed with and the Company (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Confidential Information and Inventions Invention Assignment Agreement between you and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company dated December 16, 2019, as may be amended or amended and restated from time to time (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Confidential Information and Inventions Invention Assignment Agreement between you and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company dated July 31, 2013, as may be amended or amended and restated from time to time (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment and Inventions Arbitration Agreement between you and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company dated December 30, 2020, as may be amended or amended and restated from time to time (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Confidential Information and Inventions Invention Assignment Agreement dated September 5, 2020 entered into between you and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Confidential Information and Inventions Invention Assignment Agreement dated August 21, 2020 entered into between you and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information At-Will Employment, Confidential Information, Invention Assignment and Inventions Agreement and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement dated July 7, 2017 entered into between you previously signed with and the Company (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information Confidentiality and Inventions Intellectual Property Agreement between you and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company dated June 2, 2018, as may be amended or amended and restated from time to time (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you mayand, during the course of your employment, you may develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that the terms of the Company’s Employee Proprietary Confidential Information and Inventions Invention Assignment Agreement between you and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company dated February 27, 2017, as may be amended or amended and restated from time to time (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply.

Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. To protect the interests of the Company, you will be required as a condition of your acceptance of this Agreement confirms that employment with the terms of the Company’s Employee Company to enter into a Proprietary Information and Inventions Assignment Agreement and the Company’s Arbitration Agreement you previously signed with the Company in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A (collectively, the “Confidentiality Agreement”) still apply).
