Confidential/Proprietary Information of DCH and its Affiliates. Contractor acknowledges and agrees that the DCH Data includes sensitive personal medical information concerning Plan Participants, the confidentiality of which is subject to various federal and state laws, including regulations promulgated from time to time by the Healthcare Financing Administration. Contractor shall safeguard such information in accordance with this Section 12.6 and applicable law, as in effect from time to time.
