CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION, NON-SOLICITATION AND NON-COMPETITION OBLIGATIONS. The parties hereto have entered into an Employee Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement (the “Non-Competition Agreement”), which may be amended by the parties from time to time without regard to this Agreement. The Non-Competition Agreement contains provisions that are intended by the parties to survive and do survive termination or expiration of this Agreement.
