Common use of Confidential Information, Non-Competition and Proprietary Information Clause in Contracts

Confidential Information, Non-Competition and Proprietary Information. Your employment with the Company is conditioned upon and subject to your continued compliance with the Employee Confidentiality, Non-Compete and Proprietary Information Agreement by and between you and the Company, as may be amended or in effect from time to time (the “Confidentiality Agreement”). It is understood and agreed that breach by you of the Confidentiality Agreement shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.

Confidential Information, Non-Competition and Proprietary Information. Your employment with the Company is conditioned upon and subject to your continued compliance with agreement to the Employee Company's Confidentiality, Non-Compete Competition and Proprietary Information Agreement Agreement, to be executed by and between you and the Company, as may be amended or in effect from time to time (the “Confidentiality Agreement”)simultaneously herewith. It is understood and agreed that breach by you of the Confidentiality Confidential Information, Non-Competition and Proprietary Information Agreement shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.

It is understood and agreed that breach by you of the Confidentiality Agreement shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.

It is understood and agreed that breach by you of the Confidentiality Agreement shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.

It is understood and agreed that breach by you of the Confidentiality Agreement shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.

Your employment with the Company is conditioned upon and subject to your continued compliance with the Employee Confidentiality, Non-Compete and Proprietary Information Agreement by and between you and the Company, as may be amended or in effect from time to time dated December 15, 2011 (the “Confidentiality Agreement”). It is understood and agreed that breach by you of the Confidentiality Agreement shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.

It is understood and agreed that breach by you of the Confidentiality Agreement shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.
