Common use of Confidential Information, Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation Clause in Contracts

The Employee agrees to be covered by the terms of the Confidential Information, Invention and Non-Competition Agreement that the Employee has entered into upon the commencement of employment with the Company (the "CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION, INVENTION AND NON-COMPETITION AGREEMENT"), which subject to the next following paragraph, includes a one year period of non-solicitation of employees and customers, and non-competition after termination of employment.
