Confidential Information, Inventions, Business Opportunities and Goodwill. The Company shall (a) disclose to Employee, and place Employee in a position to have access to or develop, confidential or proprietary information and Inventions of the Company (or its Affiliates); (b) entrust Employee with business opportunities of the Company (or its Affiliates); and (c) place Employee in a position to develop business good will on behalf of the Company (or its Affiliates).
