Common use of Conduct Clause in Contracts

No person(s) shall be employed for this work who is found to be incompetent, disorderly, troublesome, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, who fails or otherwise refuses to perform the work properly and acceptably, or is otherwise objectionable. Any person found to be objectionable shall be discharged immediately and not re-employed on this job.
