CONDUCT OF NEGOTIATIONS AND PROCEEDINGS. 6.1 If any Buyer becomes aware of a Claim relevant for the purposes of this Deed, it shall within 20 days of receipt in the case of a Claim which is an assessment to Taxation (or in the case of a Claim in respect of which an appeal must be lodged with the relevant taxation authority within 30 days of receipt of such assessment) and in any case as soon as reasonably practicable give written notice of it to the Covenantors but such notice shall not be a condition precedent to the liability of the Covenantors under this Deed.
