Conduct During Dispute Resolution Process. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Parties shall, and shall cause their respective TSA Managers, Service Managers and other employees to, continue to honor all covenants and agreements under this Agreement in accordance with the terms hereof during the course of dispute resolution pursuant to the provisions of this Article IX, unless such covenants or agreements are the specific subject of the Dispute at issue.
